As most sellers are aware about the PayPal micro payment options which helps to cut the paypal fee if you are selling low value item however this was missing in the manage payment offered by ebay but it looks like ebay has now realsied this and they have started testing the new payment options as promotion to get the idea about how this will work.

I believe this looks like a change that eBay is forced to introduce to keep the marketplace more competitive, As most ebay sellers who are having a hard time to accept new eBay managed pricing , this is a good news. Atleast its a beggining and we know eBay is seriosuly thinking about it !
