In case you need your subscribers to directly text in their “order id” in order for you verify it automatically (via the Amazon Integration app), ProTexting suggest you subscribe to a dedicated Long Code. Dedicated Long Codes are available in every account by activating the “Long Code Reservation” app. This platform has coverage in over 35 countries, providing local long numbers. By having a dedicated number, the account will be able to receive all incoming text messages, without the initial text-in SMS keyword. This way there will be less “invalid keywords” messages.
